Criterios de baremación para la selección del alumnado participante.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN DEL ALUMNDO EN EL PROYECTO ERASMUS+ DEL CENTRO

Con la finalidad de poder seleccionar de una forma clara e imparcial aquellos alumnos que mejor puedan representar al Centro Escolar se establecen los siguientes criterios de baremación:

  • Se valorará sobre un total de 12 puntos. 
  • NOTA: El alumnado que haya sido sancionado en este centro por cometer una falta tipificada como “grave” o “muy grave” quedará excluido del proceso de selección conducente a la obtención de becas de movilidad del programa Erasmus+.
  • Cada alumno solo podrá participar en una movilidad.
  • En la medida de lo posible, existirá paridad de género en la selección del alumnado participante.

Concurso de Christmas

Activity Plan

October 2017: 

  • establishing the project administrative team in all partner schools;
  • developing team communication and reporting tools: whatsapp and gmail groups
  • working on documentation (e.g. criteria for selection of participants, agreements etc.) in all partner schools;
  • creating and establishing a project website (responsibility for Lithuanians);
  • the contest to design the logo for the project in all partner schools.

 

November 2017:

  • a transnational project meeting in Lithuania (8-10th November)
  • creating home and school surveys in order to discover teachers’, students’ and their families’ environmental habits at the beginning/end of the project. The team or Portugal prepares the google survey by the end of November;
  • environmentally friendly agents: investigating the school/observing: what is the situation currently at school and ideas what could be done: how much energy they waste, is there recycling, the amount of food they waste (one week).

 

December 2017:

  • carrying out surveys and investigating the habits : how much energy they waste, do students recycle, the amount of food they waste) in each participating school: survey approx. 20-30 student (one class) and their families + approx. 10-12 subject teachers who teach the students during the first week in December (use the survey form from Portuguese team)
  • Christmas greetings among partner schools: each country prepares one card for every partner school and sends by post by 11th of December;
  • Reporting on the website and posting the photos of students after they receive Christmas cards.

  

January 2018:

  • preparation activities for the LTT meeting in Italy;
  • looking for environmentally friendly cooking recipes (low food waste) for the mobility in Italy;
  • presenting the result of the surveys and investigation of habits on the project website deadline 19th of January
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools.

 

 February 2018:

  • looking for environmentally friendly cooking recipes (low food waste) for the mobility in Italy;
    LTT meeting in Italy from 26th of February to 2nd of March (travel 25.2.-3.3.2018) in Italy: pupils prepare food with their host family (starter + main course + dessert) and bring it to school
  • working on a small project magazine in which participants will include some useful information and tips how to recycle the food we do not eat and how to reduce the amounts we waste;
  • creating environmentally friendly pop up -restaurant or a cafeteria, where students will taste dishes and share their recipes for cooking or preparing a particular food from the products we usually waste;
  • making some advertising film about how to reduce food waste and learn environmentally friendly recipe

  

March 2018:

  • post mobility activities: filling in the reports of the mobility, evaluation and dissemination activities;
  • reporting and posting on the website (video, photos) how students share experience of Italian meeting activities and new recipes
  • celebrating the World Water Day (22th of March) or the Earth Day (22nd of April): planting a tree (or flowers) in the school yard and presenting the photos and videos on the project website
  • sharing good experiences on eTwinning and project website.

 

April 2018:

  • preparation activities for the LTT meeting in Spain;
  • the mobility in Spain from 23nd to 27th of April (travel 22.-28.4.2018)
  • green gardens: growing green salads and herbs as an environmental act;
  • post mobility activities: filling in the reports of the mobility, evaluation and dissemination activities;
  • reporting on the website;
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools.

 

May 2018:

  •  focus on consumption of energy: organising walking tours to famous sights in each partner country and calculating distances and steps;
  • making videos about the walking tours;
  • reporting and posting on the website (deadline May 21st);
  • voting for the best tour using google forms
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools
  • setting homework for summer holidays to grow their own vegetables and fruit and share their experience when they come back to school after their summer holidays.

  

September 2018:

  •  organising a campaign “A day without a car (22nd of September)”. Advertising the day: posters, social media etc. which would encouraging people to walk to school and work;
  • evaluation of the project outcomes at partner schools with questionnaires and discussions (pupils, teachers and parents) after the first project year;
  • planning the activities for the second year;
  • evaluation and reflecting activities;
  • preparation activities for the meeting in Germany (presentation about the recycling system of own country)

 

October 2018:

  •  focus on recycling and reusing;
  • the mobility in Germany from 8th to 12th of October (travel 7.-13.10.2018)
  • opening an eco-friendly shop at school in Germany which will sell eco-friendly school supplies;
  • filling in the reports after the mobility;
  • evaluation and dissemination activities;
  • reporting on the blog/website
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools;

 

November 2018:

  •  environmentally friendly agents: investigating the school: how much energy they waste, is there recycling, the amount of food they waste (one week). using the same form as last year!
  • presenting the result  on the project website/blog;deadline 30th of November
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools;

 

December 2018:

  •  investigating the consumption of food at school and at home, measuring the amount of wasted food;
  • comparing the recent results with the results of the previous year;
  • presenting the results  on the project website/blog;
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools;
  • Christmas song video (karaoke version): Jingle bells (by own language) Italy - Portugal - Spain - Lithuania - Finland - German - Italy (for example Spanish school send their karaoke version (song in Spanish) to Portugal and Spanish school gets karaokeversion from Lithuania and trains to sing in Lithuanian language and makes a video to share before Christmas 

 

January/February 2019:

  •  investigating the families: how much energy they waste;
  • working on environmental tips (posters) how to not waste food (prepare 4-5 posters, text in your own language + under in english, remember to use Erasmus-logo and our project logo!);deadline 1st of February
  • presenting the result  on the project website/blog;deadline 18th of January
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools;
  • preparation of carneval costume for carneval week/day using "waste materials" and send a photo to project website; deadline 6th of February
  • voting for the best costume

 

March 2019:

  •  organising Earth Hour in the schools, student’s own ideas;
  • sharing good experiences on eTwinning and project blog/website;
  • preparation for the mobility in Finland; with physics teacher: prepare students so that they know how to produce electricity (from rotation energy to electricity). Young scientist project: planning an own aparat which uses environmental energy (wind power, water power... solar power...) to represent it in Finland

 

 April 2019:

  • focus on the reducing the energy consumption
  • the mobility in Finland (April/May exact dates are decided later)
  • project conference: charging batteries by cycling;
  • filling in the reports after the mobility;
  • evaluation and dissemination activities;
  • reporting on the blog/website;
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools;

 

May 2019: 

  • carrying out surveys and investigating the habits (how much energy they waste, do students recycle, the amount of food they waste) in each participating school;
  • evaluation of the project outcomes at schools with questionnaires and discussions (pupils, teachers and parents);
  • open Day at school to present the project to school community: teachers, students and  families and other stakeholders;
  • presenting the result  on the project website/blog;
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools;

 

September 2019:

  •  preparing for the transnational meeting in Portugal
  • evaluation of the project outcomes with partner schools with reports, survey results and discussions;
  • dissemination activities;
  • presenting the result  on the project website/blog;
  • comparing the results and self-assessment in the context of all partner schools;
  • planning the sustainability and further cooperation;

 

 

Concurso de diseño del logotipo para el programa Erasmus+

 

Se convoca a todo el alumnado del centro a participar en el Concurso de diseño del logotipo para el programa Erasmus+.

La fecha límite de entrega de los trabajos será el viernes 3 de noviembre, y se entregarán los mismos a la coordinadora del proyecto Erasmus+, Carolina Ramírez Centeno.

A continuación se exponen una serie de pautas a seguir para ayudaros en la realización del logotipo.

El tema que representa nuestro eslogan es “Cambiando Hábitos, cambiando el Mundo”, que tiene connotaciones medioambientales, ecológicas y de vida saludable.

TÉCNICAS PARA LOS PICTOGRAMAS

  • La mejor técnica de trazado que podemos utilizar para el desarrollo de los logotipos es el dibujo geométrico. El uso de las herramientas de dibujo (reglas, compás, etc.) da garantías de “calidad” a la hora del trazado y de la terminación del logotipo.
  • En cuanto a las técnicas pictóricas (colores, sombras, etc.), es recomendable el uso del rotulador por sus colores brillantes y llamativos. También se pueden utilizar otras técnicas como “recortar en papel charol” o incluso “acuarelas o temperas”. Pero son técnicas que conllevan una experiencia previa de utilización.

FORMATO

  • Se entregará el modelo de logotipo sobre un papel grueso (papel de block de dibujo de 130 gr/m2) en tamaño A4.

ESTILO

  • El estilo es LIBRE, es decir, que no importa si el dibujo del logotipo está basado en formas geométricas o está diseñado mediante formas más complejas.
  • Es importante tener en cuenta que el logotipo es un tipo de diseño basado en la sencillez para la identificación rápida e inequívoca de lo que representa.
